I need a band that can deliver a set that will get everyone dancing! Can you do that?

100 per cent. The joy of getting everyone filling the dance floor and singing along is exactly what Midnight Replay are about. We make sure there is something for everyone in our set. Ultimately we want you to remember your special night with your friends and loved ones on the dance floor for years to come. Midnight Replay band members have been doing function events for years and bring their expertise to every event.

I need a band that can create a fun background ambience at a corporate event, can you do that?

Absolutely – we also offer a ‘chill’ setlist, perfect for projecting a positive and energised atmopshere at corporate events, without going full boogie-mode.

What kind of events do you do?

We mainly do Weddings, Birthdays and Corporate events. We’re open to other forms of celebrations and parties – just let us know what you need.

How do you calculate your pricing?

Pricing takes into account the date, location, event type, travel time and distance and how long the band will be on site for.  For example, we have a base-cost for travel, and we add extra travel expenses for travelling depending on your venues distance form our home city of London. For venues that are 4+ hours away from London we will need to add some extra expenses for an overnight stay in affordable accommodation for the band. Please give us as much information as you can when getting in contact so we can provide a quote.

Tell me more about the unmanned playlist set-up

An unmanned playlist is essentially a Spotify playlist that we curate for you. You are more than welcome to provide us with 40 maximum sings you’d like to hear on the unmanned playlist and we of course have a great knowledge of tunes that will fit your event and keep that dance floor full!

How much performance space do you require?

We have the ability to squeeze into some tight spaces, but ideally we would request a 3m x 5m space. Tight spaces can affect the positioning of our lighting rig / speakers. Larger spaces generally work better for the optimal show.

Noise limiters at our venue: is that okay?

Yes we can work with noise limiters at venues. We will also do a standard check with the venue via email to make sure we are prepared for this.

Can you guarantee specific band members / can I request them?

It is not possible to guarantee exact members of the band – we do however have very experienced deps and stand-ins – rest assured you will be in safe hands and the quality of our show will never be compromised.

How long do you need to set-up and sound check?

We request 90 minutes to set up our speakers, lighting rig and to sound check to ensure a smooth performance later on.

Can you learn any song for our first dance?

Yes! Providing you give us 4 weeks notice we can perform the first dance of your choice.

How many plug sockets do you need?

3 x 13 amp sockets please.

Do I need to provide food and drinks for the band?

The band have a food expenses rider at £15 per member to cover a hot meal and soft drinks.
